A little about me

I moved to the eastern shore from the small town of Upper Marlboro in 2001. My interested in photography started in 1983 when my girlfriend at the time had an older brother that was working for a local photo company. I’ve never taken the time to enroll in any classes it’s just something I enjoy doing. In 1996, during the tricentennial for Prince George’s County, I developed an interest in old homes, cemeteries and ruins and photographing them also. Many old homes I’ve photographed in the past no longer exist today; some of the old family cemeteries have been moved and relocated to make way for the new. In 2005, I was asked to help photograph the Centreville spray field because of erosion problems that were not taken care of by the local government. Since that time have been involved in photographing other questionable deeds done on the eastern shore. Many of my photos have been used by others during the investigations of possible environmental crimes and on blogs and forums dealing with local topics.

I hope to show just as much good as I do bad, along with other odds and ends.
